The Applied Dairy Management Series is offering a valuable webinar series titled "Transition Cow Systemic Inflammation - The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly."

This series, available in both Spanish and advanced English, is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of systemic inflammation in dairy cows during the critical transition period.

The webinars will take place in four one-hour sessions, scheduled bimonthly from September 2024 through March 2025.

Participants will gain insights into the latest physiological research related to systemic inflammation and its implications for dairy management practices.

The series will cover the impact of farm management practices on cow behavior and inflammation, providing actionable recommendations to optimize these factors.

Additionally, the webinars will review both historical and contemporary anti-inflammatory management strategies, including the use of feed additives, and assess their economic impact on production and reproductive performance.

This educational opportunity is available at no cost to participants, and registration is required to access the live webinars.

A recording of each session will be emailed to registrants within ten business days after the event and will be accessible for six months.

The series is particularly beneficial for dairy farm consultants, cattle veterinarians, and dairy producers seeking to enhance their understanding of transition cow management and its effects on overall farm performance.

To register, interested individuals must do so by September 9, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. to ensure they receive access to the webinar links.
