The webinar "Growing Malting Barley for Craft Beverages" will review the barley production in Pennsylvania as well as what differentiates malting barley from barley grown for other uses. Participants will also learn the different grain quality characteristics that influence malting and brewing quality. Participants will learn about the types and varieties of malting barley and what soil is best for production.
