The Eastern Viticulture and Enology Forum (EVEF) webinar series, now in its fifth edition, is a collaborative initiative led by the Penn State Extension Grape and Wine Team, alongside viticulture and enology programs from various U.S. land grant institutions.
These institutions include Colorado State University, Cornell University, University of Georgia, Iowa State University, University of Maryland, Michigan State University, University of Minnesota, North Carolina State University, Ohio State University, Rutgers University, Texas A&M University, University of Vermont, Virginia Tech, and University of Wisconsin.
The series is designed to offer valuable insights for grape growers and winemakers. Participants can access the webinars free of charge, though pre-registration is required for live attendance.
The webinars are divided into two categories: viticulture and enology. Viticulture webinars run from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. ET, while enology webinars are scheduled from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. ET.
