The Penn State Climate Solutions Symposium is back for 2024, happening May 14th-15th at the Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center. This year's theme, "New Partnerships for People and the Planet," emphasizes building collaborations to tackle climate change.
Organized by the Penn State Climate Consortium, the symposium aims to spark action. It brings together researchers, educators, and practitioners to launch projects and partnerships focused on climate change solutions. Dedicated time for networking allows participants to connect with experts and build bridges for innovation, education, and engagement.
The event offers keynote speakers, plenary sessions, breakout discussions, a poster session, and a reception. To encourage broad participation, the symposium is free, but registration is required.
