Celebrate talent at the 2025 Farm Show

Celebrate talent at the 2025 Farm Show

By Blake Jackson

Agriculture Secretary Russell Redding has revealed the lineup of performers who will sing the National Anthem daily and at special events during the 2025 Pennsylvania Farm Show. Highlighting the event is nine-year-old Cadence Kline from Barnesville, Schuylkill County, who earned the most fan votes in the “Oh, Say Can You Sing?” contest. Cadence will kick off the Farm Show with a live performance at 8 a.m. on Saturday, January 4, 2025.

"The 2025 Farm Show theme, Powering Pennsylvania, highlights the strength and vitality of our agriculture industry and its role in driving our state forward," said Secretary Redding. "Our reliance on agriculture and our pride in the ‘Star-Spangled Banner’ unite us, regardless of our differences. Cadence and talented singers from across Pennsylvania will set a tone of unity and pride in our heritage and our bright future together as we begin each day at the 2025 PA Farm Show."

A panel of judges selected 20 finalists from a pool of 40 entries. Their videos were shared on Facebook for fan voting, which determined the lineup of performers who will sing at various events throughout the Farm Show week.

The 2025 Pennsylvania Farm Show will run from January 4 to January 11 at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex and Expo Hall. Each performance will take place in the GIANT Expo Hall and be streamed live on the Farm Show’s Facebook page.
