Visitors looking for an engaging way to experience Ag Progress Days can take part in the Ag Progress Days Bingo Challenge, an interactive activity designed for youth, families, and attendees of all ages.
The challenge combines fun with education by introducing participants to agricultural conservation through hands-on learning experiences.
To get started, participants can pick up a bingo card at Booth J210 inside the Harrington Building. From there, they will visit 10 conservation-themed stations located throughout the event.
Each stop features an interactive activity where visitors can learn about farming, natural resources, and conservation while collecting a stamp on their bingo card.
Along the route, participants will explore topics such as soil health, field and pasture weed identification, digital conservation mapping, no-till farming, cover crops, pollinator habitats, stream health, and sustainable land management.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to examine a soil pit and meet organizations dedicated to protecting Pennsylvania's farms, forests, and waterways.
Completing five activities in a row earns participants a bingo, while finishing all 10 stations qualifies them as an Ag Conservation Champion.
Whether attending with family, working in agriculture, or simply interested in the outdoors, the Bingo Challenge offers an enjoyable way to learn how conservation practices support healthy farms, thriving ecosystems, and stronger communities.
