Most Pennsylvania Soil Moisture Rated Adequate

According to the National Agricultural Statistics Service in Pennsylvania, there were 6.0 days suitable for fieldwork for the week ending Sunday.
Topsoil moisture supplies were 3 percent short, 89 percent adequate, and 8 percent surplus. Subsoil moisture supplies were 95 percent adequate, and 5 percent surplus.
