TYM Gains Gold Level Recognition from Dealers

By Jamie Martin

TYM North America has received Gold Level recognition in the latest North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA) Dealer's Choice Survey, a respected benchmark used to evaluate manufacturer performance in the agricultural equipment industry.

The award is given to companies that achieve survey scores at least 10 percent higher than the average for their category. According to the survey results, TYM stood among tractor manufacturers with strong ratings from dealers across North America.

A major highlight of the survey was TYM's number one ranking in Overall Satisfaction for the second consecutive year. Dealer satisfaction remains one of the most important measurements in the equipment industry because it reflects how well manufacturers support dealership operations and customer needs.

TYM also ranked first in Product Availability and Marketing and Advertising Support. These areas play a significant role in helping dealers maintain inventory levels, attract customers, and grow their businesses.

"We are extremely proud and thankful for our second consecutive 1st place award for Overall Satisfaction. This survey represents the voice of our most important audience, our tractor dealers—who are both our customers and business partners," said Steve Lee, Vice President of TYM North America.

He added, "I would like to thank our team members in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Oregon. While this has been a challenging year in the agriculture market, our employees refocused their efforts to support our dealers with respect and integrity every day."

Beyond those achievements, the company ranked either first or second in nine of the twelve categories included in the survey. Such results indicate a balanced performance across multiple aspects of manufacturer and dealer relationships.

The company earned second-place rankings in Parts Quality, Return Privileges, Communication with Management, Warranty Payments, Product Quality, and Responsiveness to Dealers. Strong scores in these categories suggest that dealers view the company as a reliable partner that continues to improve its operations and support services.

Company executives said the results reflect the efforts of employees and dealer partners who work together to serve customers across North America. They emphasized the importance of listening to dealer feedback and using it to guide future improvements.

Throughout 2026, TYM focused on strengthening communication, improving coordination with dealers, and enhancing support programs. The company also expanded its dealer network with a record number of new locations added across the United States and Canada.

"The TYM team remains focused on driving growth in the North American market. In 2026, our Sales and support teams worked closer than ever to make this happen. It really was a team effort, and we're excited about the momentum we're building together," said Daniel Patterson, Director of Sales, Dealer Development, and Marketing. "In addition to improving communication, collaboration and processes with existing TYM dealers. We also welcomed a record-number of new TYM dealers across the U.S. and Canada."

As demand for dependable agricultural equipment continues, dealer relationships remain a critical component of long-term success. Manufacturers that provide strong support, timely product availability, and responsive service often achieve higher satisfaction scores in industry surveys.

TYM offers a diverse portfolio of tractors for a variety of agricultural and commercial applications. Its product lineup ranges from smaller compact models to utility tractors designed for larger operations.

During 2026, the company introduced three new compact utility tractors, including the T5068, T5074, and T5075 models. Alongside tractors, TYM manufactures complementary equipment such as attachments and diesel engines intended to work together efficiently.

The company assembles tractors in multiple U.S. facilities and continues investing in dealer development, technical support, training programs, and customer service initiatives. These investments are designed to help dealers better serve producers and rural customers.

NAEDA's annual Dealer's Choice Survey evaluates manufacturers across twelve operational categories. Dealers provide feedback on factors such as product quality, communication, warranty administration, availability, and overall support. The results offer valuable insight into how manufacturers perform from the dealer's perspective.

The latest survey results position TYM among the leading tractor manufacturers in dealer satisfaction and support. Company leaders say they remain focused on growth, dealer success, and delivering products that meet the evolving needs of agricultural customers across North America.
