Join Penn State Extension for the Health and Wellness While Moving to a New Normal live webinar, where educators will provide information on staying healthy both physically and mentally. The most up-to-date resources will be given to help you not just cope but thrive through this time of transition.
The webinar is May 21 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
