Webinar - secure your farm with succession planning

By Blake Jackson

Pennsylvania farmers seeking a smoother path to succession can tune in for a free webinar on February at noon EST hosted by Pennsylvania Farm Link in collaboration with key partners like the Sustainable Agricultural Research and Education Program and the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture.

Learn valuable lessons from the real experiences of a farm family navigating the often-complex succession process during this one-hour session led by renowned expert Paul Goeringer

Goeringer brings a wealth of expertise to the table as Senior Faculty Specialist and Extension Legal Specialist at the University of Maryland Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics. His research and extension program delves into crucial areas for farmers including agricultural leases and contracts, landowner liability environmental law and estate planning especially related to agricultural producers in Maryland

Having grown up on a wheat and cattle farm himself in western Oklahoma, Goeringer understands the challenges and rewards of farm life firsthand He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in agricultural economics from Oklahoma State University and a law degree from the University of Oklahoma.

Registration for this event is free but required. Learn more at www.pafarmlink.org/register-succession-webinar.
