On January 17, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, an in-person workshop will be held at Bonanza Steakhouse in New Columbia, Pennsylvania.
The event, designed for agronomic crop growers, will focus on enhancing organic field crop operations through discussion and knowledge exchange.
The workshop is open to all farmers, whether they are certified organic operators or in the process of transitioning to organic farming.
The Organic Study Circles workshop aims to support experienced organic growers as well as those looking to adopt organic farming practices.
By providing a collaborative space for farmers to share ideas and learn from one another, the event offers valuable insights into best management practices for organic agriculture.
Participants will benefit from expert guidance on improving organic farming operations and will have the opportunity to engage with other like-minded individuals in the farming community. To enhance the experience, a lunch buffet will be provided during the event.
This workshop is free of charge, though registration is required by January 14, 2025, at 11:59 PM to ensure a spot. The Organic Study Circles workshop is an excellent opportunity for farmers to gain practical knowledge and build connections that can help them strengthen their operations and grow their organic farming businesses.
