Calling natural resource managers, consultants, academics, and anyone passionate about protecting Pennsylvania's groundwater! The 2024 Pennsylvania Groundwater Symposium, happening in Harrisburg on May 23rd, welcomes you to share your knowledge and learn from others.
This in-person event brings together diverse professionals to discuss groundwater investigation, management, protection, and education. Share your research, case studies, or best practices on topics like:
- Monitoring and data management
- Climate change impacts
- Water policy and wellhead protection
- Water supply and surface water interactions
- Groundwater quality and health impacts
- Energy extraction, well decommissioning
- Educational initiatives and outreach
Submit your abstract (max 200 words) by March 14th to explore these crucial topics alongside peers. Accepted presenters will be notified by late March and can present their work in 20–30–minute talks.
