Greencastle-Antrim Leadership Seminar Jan. 25

On Jan. 25, the Greencastle-Antrim Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Waynesboro Chamber of Commerce will host a leadership seminar sponsored by F&M Trust featuring Jay Paterno as the speaker. The seminar is geared for businesses, organizations, non-profits and individuals who seek to gain a greater understanding of their respective business purpose, mission, vision and values.

This half-day leadership seminar will be held at Green Grove Gardens beginning at 8 AM and will last until approximately 11:30. The fee for the seminar which includes a continental breakfast and a buffet style lunch is $49 for any members of any Chamber in the Franklin County area of Pennsylvania, or the Washington County area of Maryland and $75 for any non-member (or employee) of any Chamber.

Paterno will lead the discussion which will focus on the best-selling book, "Start with Why" by Simon Sinek. In this book, Sinek advances the theory that the most successful organizations don't tell you WHAT they do, or HOW they do it, but instead focus on WHY they do what they do.
