Pennsylvania Announces Rural Co-op Development Grants

USDA Rural Development is now accepting fiscal year 2017 applications for the Rural Cooperative Development Grant (RCDG) program. The RCDG program is authorized under section 310B(e) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act
(CONACT) as amended by the Agricultural Act of 2014.
The purpose of this program is to provide financial assistance to improve the economic condition of rural areas through cooperative development. Eligible applicants include non-profit organizations or institutions of higher learning. For a full list of applicant

Paper applications must be postmarked, mailed, shipped, or sent overnight no later than June 2 or it will not be considered for funding. Electronic applications must be received by www.grants.gov no later than midnight Eastern Time on May 26 or it will not be
